We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team, providing support for Telephone Entry Systems and Gate Operator Systems. This role requires hands-on technical expertise and excellent communication skills to assist customers with any system-related issues or inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for telephone entry and gate operator systems
  • Assist walk-in customers with troubleshooting, questions, and system issues
  • Offer solutions for system malfunctions, installation issues, and general system inquiries
  • Ensure excellent customer service and clear communication
  • Document issues and resolutions for future reference
  • Work closely with the technical team to resolve more complex problems

Qualifications:

  • Background or experience in Telephone Entry Systems and Gate Operator Systems preferred
  • Basic understanding of electronic, electrical, and/or mechanical systems
  • Excellent communication and phone skills for effective customer support
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • This is not an IT/computer support position
